Global Warming, according to the pseudo-scientists

A few yeas ago, the leftists freaks managed to devise a model of global warming that was supposed to predicted the temperatures at the south pole.

After actual temperatures were taken this past year, the model was found to be off by some 70 to 80 degrees. The planet, believe it or not, is colder then the green freaks want us to believe.

Now, we know - sort of - that the planet is warming at a rate of one one-hundredth of a degree every century. This is based on limited information gathered over the past two centuries but it appears to be accurate.

Now for some math.

If the planet is actually 75 degrees, on average, colder than the tree-huggers predicted and the rough warming trend is 0.01 degrees per century then how long will it take for actual temperatures to reach the levels that the pseudo-scientists are claiming the current temperatures to be?

Divide the value of error (75 degrees) by the known change in temperature (0.01 degrees/century) then multiply by 100 years (which converts centuries to years) to get the number of years it will actually take to reach the claimed temperature levels. 75 degrees/0.01 degrees (invert and multiply, thats for the pseudo-scientists benefit) = 7,500 centuries then 7500 x 100 = 750,000 years! So, in 750,000 years the temperature will be what the green model claimed the current temperature to be.

But theres another problem here.

I'm willing to bet that their global warming model didn't take into consideration that fact that we are in a period between ice ages. You see (again thi_ is for the lower capacity mewmbers of our studio audience) approximately every 10 to 20 thousand years we have an ice age, however, the periods between them are marked by significant warming trends... dare I say 'warm ages'? Well, as you can fathom, we are currently in a warming trend because we are coming out of an ice age.

So, over the next 750,000 years we can expect to endure another seven or eight ice ages. So, that means the temperature will drop once again with every ice age.

Hmmm, weren't these people that same ones that told use back in the 1970's that the planet was getting colder due to increased industrial pollution in our atmosphere? Industrialized Global Winter I think was their mantra.

What's that? There's a 'hole' in the ozone layer? Hmmmm, when was this discovered again? Oh, in the mid-1980's. So, we haven't had enough time to figure out whether its always been there or not? Look, I'm not saying that CFCs are good for the atmosphere but what I am saying is that the scare tactics of these limited capacity individuals in the green movement aren't working anymore. We are getting better at destroying their lies. When Mount Pinatubo erupted, it spewed more toxins into the atmosphere than all of humanity has since the dawn of mankind. I doubt very seriously that Humans are more responsible for the so-called 'hole' in the ozone layer than Mother Nature is.

In summary, garbage science is one of the weapons in the arsenal of socialists. Don't trust their word, make them prove what they are saying.
